Electrospun nanofibers have become the most promising building blocks for future high-performance electronic devices because of advantages larger specific surface area, higher porosity, more flexibility, and stronger mechanical strength over conventional film-based materials. Moreover, along with properties ease fabrication cost-effectiveness, a broad range applications based on nanomaterials by electrospinning sprung up. In this review, we aim to summarize basic principles, influence factors, advanced methods produce hundreds different structures arrangements. addition, electrospun nanofiber electronics composed both two-terminal three-terminal their practical are discussed in fields sensing, storage, computing, which give rise further integration realize comprehensive brain-like system. Last but not least, emulation biological synapses through artificial synaptic transistors additionally optoelectronics recent years included as an important step toward construction large-scale, multifunctional systems.
